This policy explains how VBC Pulse, a division of Value Branded Content FZCO ("VBC", "we"), collects and uses personal data through vbc-pulse.com. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through our forms, email or WhatsApp: your name, company, work email, mobile number, and the details of your project or enquiry.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send you our credentials when you ask for them, prepare a proposal, and manage the project if we work together. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a newsletter without your consent.

Who sees it

Our own team, and the service providers that run our website, forms and email (for example Cloudflare and Google Workspace), who process it only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or project, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without tracking cookies. If we turn on analytics, we will ask for your consent first and use it only to understand which pages are useful.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
